WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns and Exchanges can be made through our website. Returns will be processed via a store credit. To return or exchange products you have to contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your package.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unused and including packaging. If there is a missing component in the returned package will not refund its value. We cannot accept items that have been worn or altered. Even if returned, all used, broken, or altered items will not be refunded. They will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?
Once the items have been received back at our office, they are sorted with 24-48 hours and the credit will be issued to you.
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
We only ship new products with brand new packaging, there are times when the items delivered can come defective due to manufacture defect or rough delivery. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to remedy this!
WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM IS THE INCORRECT SIZE/NOT WHAT I ORDERED?
Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you received an item that wasn't what you ordered, or the incorrect size contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to remedy this!
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
We offer store credit via an E-Gift Card instead. Please treat E-Gift Cards like cash.
